I’m thrilled to be performing a ritual sound healing after DJ Sharu’s set at Mass Transit on Sunday Jan 1, 2012! Come start the most prophesy-laden year of transformation with Kundalini yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, and sound healing! We went out into the red rocks, with the help of our “Spirit Guide”, Mark of Mystical Tours of Sedona. He scouted the location and was holding ceremony for us while we recorded. The location he found was a sweet little cavern carved by the pioneer settlers of Sedona to cool their roots, aka a “root cellar.” It was about the size of a big bathroom and had the most amazing acoustics! We recorded didgeridoo, shaman’s drum, and singing bowls there. Wow, the didg and drum filled the space like thunder and lightening!

The next session, we recorded in Studio Live to get some of the harder to capture instruments, the gong, tuning forks, harmonium, and big crystal singing bowls. This was super fun also and we got some great photos, like the one to the left, from PJ Sykes, more soon to come. Later I watched Ebony shine so bright as she conducted an awesome multicultural choir with lots of Sedona friends chanting Native American chants.

The next possible session will be in January, where she would capture my voice.

I’m having such a great time, and am so grateful! What an amazing process it is to score a movie! Ebony is going for gold with her creativity and commitment to the true spirit of Sedona. Here’s an article about her process with Francis Fischer, the star of the movie beating my drum.

Sedona and Jaya Love are so excited to host DJ Sharu for a beautiful collaboration of kundalini yoga, sound healing, chocolate, and a dance party!

Join us as we raise the roof on our kundalini! Jaya will start the night with a Kundalini Sound Activation. She will be teaching a Kundalini Yoga set, followed by a chocolate ceremony. (Authentic Mayan style Raw Organic Chocolate drink provided by Jeffrey of Fortina Chocolate.) After the Chocolate Ceremony, Jaya will offer a sound healing concert, including interaction with the audience, playing instruments on you!

Then, get ready for DJ Sharu to rock the house with his Chocolate Chakra Shakedown! First he will offer a Kundalini Meditation Set that will escalate into a dancing frenzy! Sharu has created an amazing unique sound on the dance floor by combining phat dance beats with mantra chants, to raise your spirit while you move your body.

Wow! This Fall’s line-up for Epic Eden Hotsprings is off the hook! We’ve been preparing up a storm at Chocola Tree, for all the luscious food you will be delighting in. I have sacrificed my Eden retreat to stay in Sedona and hold down the Love fort at Chocola Tree. Maybe I will get a chance to escape for a day and join the family. We’ll see!

This is a first of its kind festival, featuring practioners of Sedona Spiritual Metaphysical Association.

Come experience; readers, astrologers, massage therapists, therapeutic and energetic healing body workers, counselors, shamanic guides with the vortex’, hypnotherapists, and store owners.  Attend lectures about the vortex’, phenomena, varying forms of healing techniques ,the benefits of yoga and more.  Also for your enjoyment throughout the celebration, there will be musical entertainment.  Performers include; nationally known artists, Chris Spheeris Trio; with Courtney Yeates & Eric Zang,  Zephryn Conte, Thunderbeat, Steve Douglas, Raven De Lumiere, Juan Jijon and others.

The concept of this Festival was the collaboration of Wendy Lippman, general manager and resident partner of Tlaquepaque and Mark Griffon, owner/operator of Sedona Mystical Tours and Sedona MSA member.  When asked the reason for creating this festival, Mark replied, “To have the opportunity to share the wealth of our talents with our local community, as well as being an example of a unity consciousness, was our key motivation.”

Sedona’s MSA is an affinity group  of Sedona’s Chamber of Commerce.  MSA is the one of the first spiritually based business associations directly linked to a local chamber in the U.S., with an active Sedona presence for over six years.  MSA  has individual businesses relating to spiritual well being and self improvement. Each member is required to sign a pledge of integrity which maintains the highest levels of ethics, professionalism, confidentiality for all who seek their skills, services and products.

Love Tides Liver Flush

It’s that time again. I’m taking myself under the non-surgical knife again, or more like the non-surgical cup! What a wonderful relationship I am deepening with my own body. Every time I do this liver flush process it is such a journey! This time, I am flushing with my friend Illup, of Kejiwa Kombucha and Clothing Designs. It’s his first time and he’s so willing and excited. What a wonderful friend to share this incredible process with. I am honored to share my knowledge.

We are doing the 14 day Love Tides liver flush, first taught to me by my esteemed teacher, David Jubb, PhD. I flew back and forth from California to New York City to study with him in his Phoenix Fastician Program. It was such a deep learning that I’m still integrating it. This flush gives me an opportunity to brush up on my knowledge before offering it to the public once again this September. After these 2 weeks, I will have done 12 liver flushes and plan to do at least 15 more. Then I’ll be on a more maintenance program, just a couple times a year.

This cleanse was just amazing this time. I got out large weird old calcified stones and had emotional and self-love epiphanies. Ask me how!
